For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost after verification.
